My partnerships with the select few Estate Agents I work with is something that's very important to me.  I work on the principle that the more support I offer your business, the more support you will offer mine - as I've mentioned elsewhere on this site, the better you do, the better I do.  Being able to work well together both personally and professionally, and to enjoy working together, is more important to me than high volumes of work.
