Rachel Thomas and I started working together in the latter part of 2023. She had recently signed up with the EXP network and launched her independent Estate Agency in Thurrock, and after following me on Instagram and seeing the work I was doing for other Independent Estate Agents, she got in touch with me. I've been fortunate to be a part of Rachel's growth from her first property instruction to the successful, busy Estate Agent she now is, with many of her new property listings coming from recommendations by previous vendors.
Rachel and I work very well together and she usually accompanies me on all of the Property Photography shoots she instructs me on, assisting in the preparation and staging of the property. Rachel works incredibly hard for her vendors, from preparing the property for the photo shoot to accompanying all viewings 7 days a week and into the evenings, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone selling in the Thurrock area.

Rachel says "I have worked in the property industry for many years. Living and working in the area I serve has allowed me to build the wealth of knowledge and skill set to help me and my property partners with their moving home requirements. I pride myself on six attributes: integrity, accountability, leadership, diversity, quality, and passion in my professional and personal life always.
In my very little free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I support and am an advocate for a charity ‘The Nystagmus Network’, supporting visually impaired children and adults and am also a Governor at a local Primary School in Thurrock.
In 2023 I decided it was the right time for me to use my expertise and extensive knowledge to lead and grow my own Estate Agency Business after working many years as a Sales Negotiator, Sales Progressor and Branch Manager."
