These days, many prospective purchasers rely on Property Floorplans, Video Tours and high quality Professional Property Photography to give them an initial taste of the property before viewing. Rightmove research suggests that floorplans are one of the most important aspects of property presentation to buyers - in fact over a third of buyers said that they were less likely to enquire about a property without a floorplan,  and 1 in 5 buyers would actually ignore a property listing completely, or only re-visit it if there was nothing else that caught their eye, if a property was without a floorplan.

 

I provide Property Floorplans that are ideal for Estate Agents, Letting Agents and New Homes Developers to include in their marketing packs.  My floorplans have also proved popular with HMO Landlords (subject to local authority approval), and if required can also include positions of fire escapes and fire extinguishers.  Please note that my property floorplans are not suitable for any form of planning applications or lease plans, or any legal or official purpose.

I produce my property floorplan onsite using specialist floorplan software, so your floorplan is available for your approval at the end of our appointment.  If you require your property floorplans to be branded or watermarked with your company logo, let me know.  My property floorplans can be ordered on their own, or alongside my property photography, videography or EPC services.
