Professional Property Photography of your AirBnB, Holiday Home or Short Term Rental costs £70 for up to an hour shoot per property. The vast majority of properties are completed well within this timescale, however if you have a larger property, or you want more of a Lifestyle shoot, then a 90 minute or 2 hour photo session may be more appropriate. It depends on the size of the property and how long the property photography session is. On average, I provide around 20-40 photos in a standard 1 hour session but for a 2 hour session on a larger property it can be around 80

Generally your files will be ready to send to you the evening of the appointment, providing payment has been made. Depending on how busy a day I've had it may not be till midnight, but they will be ready for you - I have a lot of late nights!

I send the files to you via WeTransfer, which provides you a download link for you to save your photos - the link expires after a set period, so it is very important you download them before the expiration date, as after this I may not be able to recover them. If you do not download them and save them securely, I cannot be responsible if you lose the files.

That depends entirely on you - if the property is completely ready and you have staged the property exactly as you want it shown, then I can shoot the house typically in an hour or less. If there is restaging that you want to do - for example changing bed coverings and cushions, moving welcome packs from room to room, multiple shots of rooms after restaging etc - then we may need a 2 hour session or longer. We can discuss your requirements to decide how long a session suits you prior to the appointment

You are free to use the photos on any booking platform - AirBnB, Vrbo, Booking.com, or any other website you choose. Make sure you download them and save them securely when I send you the WeTransfer link, as some platforms compress the files and reduce their size and quality

I will send them to you in around 2800 - 3000 px size, which is way more than the platforms need. Some platforms may reduce the image to around 1200 px when you upload them, so make sure you keep the original files in their original size somewhere on your PC. Again, when you receive the WeTransfer link it is very important you download them straight away, as after the link expiration date I may not be able to resend them.

Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. The photos will be released once I have processed them and cleared funds have been received unless by prior agreement
