How do I receive my Real Estate Video Tours, and how do I upload them?

I will send you the property video tours as an MP4 file, which you can upload to your YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok accounts.  To upload to Rightmove and Zoopla, you will need to add the YouTube URL to your property listings - if you don't have a YouTube account, I am happy to upload to mine and share the URL with you, but it will be branded as my YouTube account.

Can I be a presenter on the Estate Agent video tour?

Of course, I'm more than happy to record an intro with you and sections throughout the video to promote your Estate Agency brand.  A few things I like to remind Estate Agents of when it comes to presenting -     - Keep it about the property.  People aren't viewing the video to watch you, they want to see the house  - Keep it short.  For Instagram we generally have 90 seconds for the whole video, so a 30 second intro cuts dramatically into that time.  Voiceovers can solve this  - Come prepared with a script.  It's not unusual to go through 15-20 takes trying to work out what you want to  say, a well prepared script we can do in just a few attempts

How long should the Estate Agent property video tour be?

I try to keep the property video tours below 90 seconds where possible.  At the time of writing, Instagram has a limit of 90 seconds (although some third party software may increase this), and longer than 90 seconds people often lose interest and switch off.

Can you add music by my favourite artist to my property video tour?

Generally your AirBnB photos will be ready to send to you the evening of the appointment, providing payment has been made.   Depending on how busy a day I've had it may not be till midnight, but they will be ready for you - I have a lot of late nights!      No, due to copyright any commercial music on the original video will be removed by social media sites.  If you upload to some social media platforms, they may allow you to use a 90 second snippet of commercial music under their licensing, but this has to be done when you upload to the social site to your profile and may overwrite any voiceovers we have added.

Can you add any music to the property video tour?

Of course, a video without music quickly loses peoples interest.  I have around 500,000 royalty free songs available to me that should be available to use on all social media sites - although that is down to the individual platform.  Let me know what style of music you would like, just remember that not everybody shares your music taste.  I tend to add music that has an emotional feel, such as ambient piano or cinematic, as buying a property is an emotional transaction.

I always try to send property video tours and property photography the same day, provided payment is received or we have a prearrangement with invoicing.  However, editing real estate videos can take time so depending on how busy I am it may take me up to 48 hours.
