With the rise of social media and online marketing, real estate video tours have become one of the most sought after marketing tools for sellers. Vendors expectations from their Estate Agents have risen over the last few years - drab, poorly shot property photos are becoming less acceptable, and it's becoming more important for vendors to see their properties advertised on social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
Property video tours allow you to show potential buyers and tenants all the amenities and features of a property in detail, from the comfort of their own home. My video tours can be uploaded and shared onto any compatible social media channel - YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc - as well as any property portal such as Rightmove and Zoopla that allows video sharing.

Types of Real Estate Video Tours
As every property is different, and every Estate Agent has their own preferences, I offer a couple of different types of real estate video tours suitable to all types of Real Estate property portals and social media sites - the Walkthrough Video Tour and the Lifestyle Video Tour. If you like, you can also add a Drone Video or an AI voiceover, or even present the video yourself.
Property Video Tours can be produced in Landscape format, which is best for Rightmove and YouTube, or Portrait which is best for social media.
The Walkthrough Property Video Tour
My real estate video walkthrough is a simple but effective way of presenting a property. Shot in two or three long sequences, from entering the front door until the last area of the property, with minimal cuts in between rooms, it is a seamless walkthrough of the whole property. As little editing is required the cost can be kept low.
The walkthrough is best suited for smaller properties up to 3 bedrooms in order to keep the video length to between 1-2 minutes. Larger properties can run into 3-5 minutes which can lose viewer engagement, and be too long for social media sites.
The Lifestyle Property Video Tour
With my lifestyle property video tour, each area of the property is shot separately, focusing on any key property features. Around 30 - 50 individual short scenes between 1 and 3 seconds each are then edited together to give an overall more polished feel to the video tour.
The Lifestyle Video Tour is suitable for all sizes of property, especially larger homes. As the tour is more focused with less time moving between rooms, the overall video length can be kept shorter making it great for social media - ideally below 90 seconds to maintain viewer engagement
The Lifestyle Property Video Tour with Drone
To fully enhance your property listings, I can provide drone aerial photography and video in addition to my lifestyle estate agent video tours. The video will show the property from above, segueing into the internal video tour of the property. The drone video and photographs can then be uploaded to your Rightmove and Zoopla listings, and shared across social media.
As with all three video options, you can of course present the video and provide voiceovers to promote your brand - or you can send me some text and I can add AI voiceover.
