THE WALKTHROUGH VIDEO
my real estate video walkthrough is shot in a single sequence, from entering the front door until the last area of the property. with no cuts in between rooms, it is a seamless walkthrough of the whole property. the video walkthrough can be recorded at normal speed, or the speed increased up to 3x in order to reduce the overall video tour length. as no editing is required except for adding royalty-free music, the cost can be kept low.
THE WALKTHROUGH OR LIFESTYLE VIDEO WITH DRONE
drone videos add a totally new perspective to marketing properties, and are especially beneficial to properies with good size plots. a drone video can be added to either a walkthrough video or a lifestyle video, or booked on it's own. for more information see my drone photography and videography page
THE LIFESTYLE VIDEO
with my lifestyle property video tour, each area of the property is shot separately, focusing on any key property features. the individual scenes are then edited together to give an overall more polished feel to the video tour. as the tour is more focused with less time moving between rooms, the overall video length can be kept shorter to keep viewers attention, and making it great for social media.
