If a property doesn't make a good first impression, starting from the initial thumbnail front shot on Rightmove, buyers will scroll right on past onto the next property

Rightmove research shows that "great listings" achieve 93% more leads than "average listings", and that great photos are the foundation of a great listings. That's nearly twice as many enquiries on your property listings!
How many property photos do I get?
Unlike some property photography providers, I don't limit the amount of photos you get to around 10 -15. I take on average around 30 - 35 photos per property, and it would be a waste not to send them all to you. You can then decide how many to use - some agents only use 10 - 15, other agents use all of them. The most photographs I have provided of a property to date was 85! (although that was a 2 hour booking)
Who pays for the property photography?
I leave that down to you. Some agents include property photography in their fees, so I invoice the agent. However, I understand that budgets are tough and vendors like to try to negotiate on fees, so I feel it is perfectly acceptable to offer property photography as a paid extra, where I collect payment direct from the vendor. The vendor would then own the photos to use as they wish
How quickly does it all happen?
I make sure I only work with a manageable amount of clients so I only take on enough work as I can handle. If I get too busy, I can't provide the service you deserve. I aim to complete an appointment within 72 hours - but can be quicker. My quickest turnaround to date is 4 hours from agent instruction to photos being sent! Photos will always be ready to be sent the evening of the photoshoot
