With my drone aerial photography service, I provide you with 10 - 15 aerial photographs of the property from the front and the rear elevations. The photos are sent as JPG files which can be uploaded to your Estate Agent Rightmove and Zoopla listings and used on all your digital and paper marketing, and shared on your social media channels.
Drone Aerial Photography and Videography
I can also produce a short drone video for you while I'm taking the drone aerial photographs. The drone video will be supplied to you as an MP4 file, and also a YouTube link if required. You can then upload the drone video to your social media, YouTube, Rightmove and Zoopla listings. In addition I will send you the drone aerial photographs of the property.
Drone Aerial Photography and Lifestyle Video Tour
To fully enhance your property listings, I can provide drone aerial photography and video in addition to my lifestyle estate agent video tours. The video will show the property from above, segueing into the internal video tour of the property. The drone video and photographs can then be uploaded to your Rightmove and Zoopla listings, and shared across social media.
Drone Flight Restrictions
Before launching the drone, it's crucial to be aware the Drone Flight Restriction Zones (FRZs) in your area. These restricted zones often include Prisons, Sites of Special Scientific Interest, and notably, Airports. Flying a drone in these areas without special permission is illegal and flight height may be limited to 100ft or less. To avoid penalties, click on the map below (opens new window) to check for any FRZs in your vicinity, and if you find one, let’s discuss how to proceed legally.
Other Drone Flight Restrictions
As the skies becomes busier, the rules around flying drones are being tightened up considerably. New Civil Aviation Rules stipulate that new drones must transmit a a Remote ID, similar to an aircraft transponder, so it can be monitored and tracked whenever it is airborne, and action may be taken if the rules are not followed.
While it is permitted to fly a drone in a residential area, it can not be flown over "uninvolved" people ie pedestrians, crowds or moving cars, and a safe distance must be kept at all times.
Weather is another factor we have to take into account, so we need to monitor the weather reports to avoid rain or wind as on these days the drone cannot be launched
