My real estate video walkthrough is a simple but effective way of presenting a property. Shot in two or three long sequences, from entering the front door until the last area of the property, with minimal cuts in between rooms, it is a seamless walkthrough of the whole property. As little editing is required the cost can be kept low.​ The walkthrough is best suited for smaller properties up to 3 bedrooms in order to keep the video length to between 1-2 minutes. Larger properties can run into 3-5 minutes which can lose viewer engagement, and be too long for social media sites.
